Supply Network establishes a virtual in-house national accounts department for clients to establish company protocol. Supply Network creates another opportunity to save money by establishing the three (3) components necessary for a successful program.
Supply Network, as the client's in-house staff will:
- Standardize the buying needs of their properties, (eliminating the possibility of purchasing expensive items when cost effective options are available, or by purchasing from suppliers not willing to offer the best value for the company's needs)
- Provide the most competitive and consistent pricing with each trade partner of the company's choice, and
- Establish a benchmark of management controls from a single point of contact
